Integration with Skype for Business

Skype for Business is the online communications platform from Microsoft, internally and externally. If an internal or external client reports through Skype for Business, the client details, tickets, communication flow etc. are shown on the screen. A ticket can also be created through Skype, and with a simple click in Gensys you make contact through Skype for Business.

Administrative and Service Desk applications

Gensys has REST APIs for AFAS to synchronise not just client and contact details, but also contract information. Gensys can also provide invoicing information to AFAS. If you use TOPdesk and you don’t want to relinquish it, ticket information is then exchanged. The CMDB details in Gensys are then also synchronised with the CMDB data in TOPdesk.
